Week 6: March 13, 2017-March 17, 2017 (16/69 hrs.)

               

       This week was fun for me because I got to participate in all three shows during the week, I got to do some different tasks in the afternoons during my office work, and this Friday was my favorite day of the year; St. Patrick’s Day! I had a large focus on the office work this week because it’s the first full week of it. With that being said, I was able to work with the other intern from SU for a little during one of the days and she was a huge help to get me accustomed to this new routine. I am really enjoying the mix and variety that the office work is bringing to my work days.

 

Tasks completed this week:

• Participated in segments on the show

• Shared personal stories on the show

• Continued to work on the Shorebirds baseball schedule for Mr. Scott

• Worked with another intern to clean out a big storage closet in the station

• Began to clean out and rearranged another storage closet in the station

 

Things I learned this week:

• When I was working with the other intern for Froggy, she showed me and explained to me everything that she has been doing during her office work hours. We looked at all of the social media accounts and the community calendar. As she showed me both of these things, she told me her process and tips for updating both of these platforms.
